Yuanxin Headquarters Maintenance Service Policy Conditions:
Unconditional free warranty during the warranty period. That is, the "YUANXIN" products that meet the requirements ofthe Three Guarantees Policy can enjoy this service.
Yuanxin Headquarters Maintenance Service Policy:
1.Customer service guidance: Users can contact us through WeChat public number or service hotline, and provide professional guidance from after-sales customer service. If it is aspare part, we will give the first time.The user sends the required parts and is replaced by the user.
(Advantages:free charge during the warranty period, not leaving the house, saving time and efficiency.)
2.By express delivery to the Yuanxin headquarters repair center.The user contacted WeChat public number or service hotline Yuanxin customer service to provide warranty information,we will contact the courier to pick up the goods at the first time, will send the product .Return to Yuanxin headquarters repair center, and Yuanxin technical engineers will checkand repair, after the completion of the product will be delivered to the user.

Ⅲ.YUANXIN HEADQUARTERS MAINTENANCE POLICY SERVICE TIME/REQUIREMENTS/FEES
Warranty Time Limit:
1.The whole series of products, the whole machine is guaranteed for one year (does not distinguish the main parts);
2.Non-family environment (including production and operation, commercial services, entertainment industry, etc.) use the whole machine warranty for three months (does notdistinguish between major components).
Warranty service requirements:
Users need to provide purchase invoices, three guarantees.
Warranty service fee:
All expenses includingmaintenance, including but not limited to inspection fee, maintenance fee, accessory fee, courier fee, etc., are borne by our company.
Ⅳ.OTHER DESCRIPTIONS OF THE POLICY CONTENT
1."YUANXIN" products are used in non-family environment (including production and operation, commercial services, entertainment industry, etc.), and the whole machine is guaranteed for three months (not distinguishing from major component Parts);
2.During the warranty period, does not include maintenance, no parts to be repaired;
3.The validity period of the “Three Guarantees” after the replacement is recalculated from the date of replacement;
4.Due to express delivery restrictions, this service is only available in China's domestic administrative region (excluding Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan);
5.Non-warranty products:
① Consumers are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage;
② The disassembly and repair of the designated after-sales outlets designated by the non-source Xin headquarters will cause damage/customer disassembly and repair;
③ No valid purchase invoice, three-pack certificate/voucher model does not match the model of the product to be repaired/the model label of the product to be repaired is altered;
④ Damage caused by force majeure;
⑤ Pprocessed products, over-guaranteed products.

6.Out-of-warranty repairs, including but not limited to inspection fees, maintenance fees, accessories, courier fees, etc., are borne by the user.
